RESORT HOST

Job Summary

The Resort Host / Front Office Associate is responsible for providing warm, personalized, and efficient guest service throughout the guest journey. The position serves as one of the primary points of contact for guests, handling arrivals, departures, reservations, inquiries, requests, and concerns while ensuring a memorable and enjoyable resort experience.

The Resort Host / Front Office Associate coordinates closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest needs are addressed promptly and effectively. The role also promotes resort facilities, activities, services, and special offers while maintaining accurate guest records and adhering to established service standards and procedures.

  • College Graduate preferably Hospitality Management / Tourism related

  • Excellent communication skills

  • 6 Months of related experience

BELLMAN

Job Summary

The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized, and professional assistance to hotel and resort guests throughout their arrival, stay, and departure. As one of the first and last employees guests encounter, the Bellman plays a critical role in creating a positive first and lasting impression of the property.

The position provides arrival and departure assistance, luggage handling, guest escort services, transportation coordination, information assistance, and general guest support while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, courtesy, safety, grooming, and professionalism.

The Bellman is expected to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, coordinate effectively with other hotel departments, and ensure that the hotel entrance, lobby, bell desk, and guest arrival areas remain organized, clean, safe, and welcoming.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate.

  • Previous experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or related work is an advantage.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Pleasant, courteous, and guest-oriented personality.

  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling guest luggage.

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • Good personal grooming and professional appearance.

  • Honest, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and local destinations is an advantage.

  • Customer-service oriented with a positive and welcoming attitude.

  • Able to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns or difficult situations.

  • Must be willing to perform Doorman, Guest Service, and other related duties as operationally required.
