Aqua - is how we refer to our rooms, for the love of water and its soothing qualities. Fall in love with our contemporary oceanic motif, nautical beddings, glass-encased rain showers with accustomed bathroom and luxurious amenities.

The rate covers two (2) adults, inclusive of breakfast. In excess of 2 adults, the following charges will be applied:​​

Ages 6 and above (with extra bed and breakfast) - Php 1,980.00

Ages 6 and above (with extra mattress and breakfast) - Php 1,650.00

All rooms may accommodate a maximum of four (4) occupants.

The waterfront beach is primarily used for water sports activities like jets ski, parasailing, kayaking, flyboarding and docking area for ships thus swimming is NOT recommended.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking in the rooms or at the balcony will incur a cleaning fee of P5,000.00. The smoke detector is very sensitive and we don't want to disturb the peace of other guests.

Pets are allowed at Sand's Alfresco, 720 Bar and the Beach area except indoors.
